These cute post-dangle earrings are suspended from handmade niobium posts. Lightweight high-quality Czech glass beads are varigated brown and white in color - they are called "duckbill" in shape because of the way each round end seems to be pinched in opposite directions. I have created niobium posts that have a teardrop spiral shape, then suspended the bead from it. These earrings are also anodized to be "bronze" in color to complement the color of the bead. Finished with the highest quality grade 1 titanium butterfly clutches.
The colors in anodizing niobium are achieved by running an electric current through the metal at specific levels. Using this method, I can change the color of the outer layer of the metal - there are no dyes or other metals used in this process - it is still pure niobium all the way through. The earrings in these photos are exactly the same ones you will receive. Your jewelry will arrive in a satin pouch or small box, suitable for gift giving or safe-keeping.
Every item I create is handmade and nickel free. Your jewelry should never cause you pain or irritation. If you continue to irritate your nickel allergy, your allergic reaction will become more severe over time. Nickel allergies can appear at any age and last a lifetime, so everyone can benefit from choosing nickel-free jewelry.
